Our Team

Richard Isiaho

Richard serves as FIT’s Executive Director and the vision bearer. A Certified Public Account by training, Richard has over 22 years of experience in Management consulting with impeccable expertise in Enterprise Development, Business Development Services (BDS) and Organizational Development. In the course of his work, Richard has travelled extensively throughout the Eastern, Central and Southern Africa region with intermittent assignments outside these regions. A Fellow of the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) Richard sits on the Board of Fellows after a long service with distinction as a member of the Institute’s Management Council.

Dan Anduvate

Dan is a BDS expert, community mobilizer and trainer of longstanding experience spanning over 10 years in Business Consulting. Previously Dan worked as a Sales and Marketing Executive for a leading dairy firm in the region. Dan has worked on numerous projects both in Kenya and the Horn of Africa region mobilizing communities to participate effectively in socio-economic interventions as well as building the capacities of organizations for effective delivery of their mandate to their stakeholders. Most recently, Dan was seconded to the Farmer Voice Radio project as the Sustainability Specialist.

 Dan is the Operations Manager at FIT Resources. He is in the process of completing a Master of Arts degree in Rural Sociology and Community Development at the University of Nairobi.

Judy Odongo

Judy is an M&E expert currently deployed as the Knowledge and Results Manager at the Kenya Markets Assistance Programme (K-MAP); a DFID funded project at which FIT Resources is a member of the consortium driving the implementation of the project in Kenya. Substantively, Judy is the Programmes Manager at FIT playing a supervisory role over all project/programme officers. She manages a wide portfolio of rural and agricultural development projects, including the just ended World Bank funded MSME Competitiveness Project’s Impact Assessment & Operations Audit work, Community mobilization/sensitization work for sustainability of Farmer Voice Radio (FVR) programming, an initiative supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation.  A Bachelor of Science (Mathematics and Chemistry) graduate of the University of Nairobi, Judy is currently at the tail end of a MSc. in Social Statistics from the same Institution. Strong willed with a “never-say-die’ attitude, Judy is always passionate at whatever she sets to do.

James Kimaro

With over 14 years of experience in Radio research, development and training, James is the Media Development Officer at FIT Resources. James is a central member of professionals supporting FIT’s media interventions that seek to maximize the sustainable use of radio in improving the livelihoods of SMEs who include smallholder farmers. Among the radio programes that James has driven include “Mkulima Sonko” with Q FM, “Pur Mariek” with Radio Nam Lolwe.

Catherine Kakolo.

Cate is the Relationship Officer at FIT Resources and is in the process of completing her Master of Arts degree in Public Policy and Administration at Kenyatta University. Cate who holds a Bachelor of Laws degree, has been very instrumental in fostering cordial working relationships between FIT Resources and her clients

Margaret Imbilu

Margaret is FIT’s longest serving member of staff after the Executive Director and serves as the Administrative Officer and easily passes as the institutional memory keeper and the face of FIT Resources. A stickler for orderliness and observance of procedures, Margie (as she is fondly referred to) ensures that systems at FIT Resources run as they should, client enquiries/requests are attended to promptly and timelines are adhered to.

Evan Kinyanjui Njoroge

ICT has become a key driver of business growth – whatever the type and size of business. At FIT Resources, Evan – a consummate IT professional – is at the forefront of addressing ICT solutions both internally and externally for our clients. He is currently involved in a project implementing Interactive Voice Response communication solution for community radio stations to enhance interactivity with their listeners. The overall objective of the project is to provide a platform where farmers can have access and interact with experts to improve productivity. A Bachelor of Science in IT graduate, Evan’s passion and IT skills are top of the range.

Fredrick Juma

Juma handles transport logistics for FIT Resources, a task he thoroughly enjoys and does diligently. With a longstanding wealth of experience, Juma’s skilled execution of his assignments is admirable leaving those who consume his service glowing with satisfaction.

 Everline Lodenyi

Everline is practically FIT’s most valuable member of staff by virtue of her position that sees her provide direct support to all FIT members of staff. A radiant personality, Everline goes about her tasks cheerfully and is a joy to work with
